RODEWAY INN WEST DODGE, Omaha – Your ideal downtown stay

The hotel offers spacious rooms with a king bed, microwave, and fridge, but unfortunately, the rooms smelled awful and had rodents. The service was friendly, although there was a misleading statement about the pool not being open this year. The location was convenient for a quick stay, but the suggestion of nearby places was not accurate. The dining options were limited to stale bread and muffins. The facilities were lacking, with only small dishes available.

The hotel is conveniently located near the sink/mirror and seemed perfect for a quick one night trip for a concert in town. Skippy at the front desk was the only warm touch amidst what would have been a trap. The rooms, though equipped with a minibar and a bidet, had a musty smell and were noticeably dirty, possibly housing bed bugs as per a recent report from a past guest.

The hotel may cater for a night passing through town, but my experience was tainted by previous reports of bed bugs and a lingering unpleasant odor that seemed like a mix of dog and human sweat.
